DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Official Women's Outreach Course #17 Page!\nWe 
 are thrilled to welcome you to the official landing page for the Women's O
 utreach Course #17 – a specialized training program designed to prepare
  female military and police officers for effective deployment in United Na
 tions Peacekeeping Operations.\nAbout the Course\nThis unique course aims 
 to equip female military staff officers for roles in ICT within Force or S
 ector Headquarters (J6/G6/S6)\, and female police officers as advisors to 
 Police Commissioners on ICT-related matters.\nThrough an intensive and int
 eractive curriculum\, participants will gain core competencies in:\n\n\nCo
 mmand\, control\, and communications systems used in UN Peacekeeping.\n\n\
 nLegal frameworks including human rights\, humanitarian\, criminal\, and r
 efugee law.\n\n\nUN mission logistics\, crisis response\, and military ope
 rations planning.\n\n\nThe structure and roles of the UN Secretariat\, MHQ
 \, FHQ\, and selection of MILOBs and Staff Officers.\n\n\n \nTraining wil
 l take place both in the classroom and through hands-on fieldwork in loca
 tions such as the Sat Farm\, Aircraft Hangars\, and Antenna Equipment Room
 s. The program ensures daily practical engagement\, delivered by expert in
