COURSE OBJECTIVE
The Engineering Project Management course aims to provide engineering officers and Troop Contributing Countries (TCCs) staff with practical engineering project management skills to evaluate better and plan and manage deployment, logistics and engineering project delivery in a field environment. The course will promote understanding project management standards, methods, processes and practices, exploring the main related concepts and the most current metrics in use globally. These project management skills will significantly benefit your mission and improve engineering service delivery.
