DESCRIPTION:As per General Assembly Resolutions 73/195 and 73/326\, the P
 resident of the General Assembly will convene the second International Mig
 ration Review Forum from 5 to 8 May 2026. An informal interactive multi-st
 akeholder hearing will take place on the day preceding the Forum on 4 May 
 2026. \nThe Forum will consist of four interactive multi-stakeholder roun
 dtables on 5 May and the morning of 6 May\, followed by a policy debate in
  the afternoon of 6 May. The plenary meetings of the Forum will be held o
 n 7 and 8 May 2026. \nAccording to resolution 73/326\, the opening segmen
 t of the IMRF plenary will feature statements from one representative from
  the migrant community\, and a representative of civil society\, who will 
 be invited to present a summary of the multi-stakeholder hearing.\nAdequat
 e space will be also reserved for participation of stakeholders during eac
 h round table\, as well as policy debate. Due to the limited time availabl
 e for the meeting\, it will not be possible to accommodate all the request
 s for interventions. Only the selected speakers will be contacted by the S
 ecretariat. We appreciate your understanding.\nRepresentatives of relevant
  non-governmental organizations\, academic\, scientific and knowledge-base
 d institutions\, the private sector\, trade unions\, faith-based\, migrant
  and youth organizations\, diaspora communities and other relevant stakeho
 lders\, who received special accreditation for the Second International Mi
 gration Review Forum to attend and participate in the forum\, and the mul
 ti-stakeholder hearing\, as well as stakeholders that were accredited to t
 he preparatory process of the intergovernmental consultations of the Globa
 l Compact for Safe\, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM)\, or that were ac
 credited to participate in the Intergovernmental Conference to Adopt the G
 CM are invited to register through this portal and indicate their intere
 st in speaking opportunities.  \nAlso\, National Human Rights Institution
 s (NHRIs) compliant with the Paris Principles (Resolution 48/134\, annex) 
 can register through this platform in order to participate in the forum\, 
 including the informal interactive multi-stakeholder hearing. \n\nEach Or
 ganization will be able to register 5 representatives for in-person partic
 ipation. If more than five representatives are registered under an organiz
 ation\, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come\, first
 -served basis. \nEach registrant must register as an individual by clicki
 ng on the "Register now" button at the bottom of this page.\nReview and ap
 proval of each registrant will be undertaken by the United Nations Secreta
 riat upon verification of credentials. \nRegistering for the conference d
 oes not guarantee your in-person participation. You will receive an approv
 al letter to confirm your in-person participation if your registration is 
 approved by the United Nations Secretariat.\n\nThe registration is NOW OPE
