DESCRIPTION:The high-level launch event of the 2026 GEM Report will take p
 lace in Room I at UNESCO’s headquarters in Paris on 25 March 2026. It wi
 ll be divided into two parts: \n\nThe morning session will feature openin
 g remarks\, a presentation of the 2026 GEM Report\, and two ministerial pa
 nels \nThe afternoon session will feature thematic policy discussions co-
 organized with UNESCO and partners on different aspects of the access and 
 equity theme.\n\n \nThe event will be streamed live and simultaneous inte
 rpretation in 6 UN languages on the day. Ministers of education from all U
 NESCO Member States will be invited to participate in this global discussi
 on to kick-off the discussions on a post-2030 agenda. \nRegistration is o
