NGOs that are accredited to and in good standing with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) may designate representatives to attend the annual sessions of the Commission on Population and Development. The 59th session will be held from 13 April to 17 April 2026 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Registration for CPD59 in Indico is valid only for representatives of NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC. A list of NGOs in active consultative status with ECOSOC is available here https://undocs.org/E/2023/INF/5
Once you have registered for CPD59, your organization needs to approve your registration in order for it to be valid.
A maximum of 10 registrations per organization are permitted.
The deadline to register is 13 March 2026.
