 ion (CEPA) \nVenue: United Nations Headquarters in New York \nDates: 13 t
 o 17 April 2026\nFormat: Regular in-person session\nAs approved by ECOSOC\
 , there are eight substantive issues on the agenda which can be found on t
 he dedicated CEPA 25th session website.\n\nOnline Registration\nThis Indi
 co registration portal is only valid for NGOs in consultative status with
  ECOSOC\, major groups and other civil society organizations. \nDeadline 
 to register: 28 March 2026\nImportant: In order to register\, participants
  will need to attach a letter of representation confirming they have been 
 delegated by their organization to participate\, signed by the head of the
 ir organization and including the participant's full name as reflected in 
 valid passport/government ID. A template is available here.\nAll observers
  must register through the UN Accreditation System and create an account o
 n the INDICO platform to attend the meeting. For technical issues\, please
  contact: Indico Helpdesk at support.accreditation@un.org.\nPlease note th
 at:\n\nDue to space constraints\, the number of attendees to CEPA sessions
  is limited and should not exceed 5 representatives per organization.\nThe
  United Nations does not charge fees for participation in meetings of the
  Committee of Experts on Public Administration. \nAll arrangements for tr
 avel\, visa and accommodation\, as well as related expenses\, including he
 alth insurance while in New York\, will be the responsibility of the trave
 ler. \nProceedings will be webcast live in six official UN languages (Ar
 abic\, Chinese\, English\, French\, Russian and Spanish).\nRepresentatives
  of UN Member States\, national or sub-national governments\, UN Permanen
 t Observers\, UN system organizations and schools and institutes of publi
 c administration\, should only register here instead.\n\nFor any additiona

 e invited to submit written inputs in advance on the substantive issues to
  be considered by CEPA at the 25th session via email to dpidg@un.org. Inpu
 ts may be published on the dedicated CEPA 25th Session page before the 
 session.\n\nWritten inputs may not exceed 1\,500 words\nWritten inputs mus
 t pertain to one of the items on the agenda of the 25th session as approve
 d by ECOSOC. The number and title of the agenda item in question must be i
 ndicated on the submission\nFurther details are available here.\n\n\nOral
  interventions\nA limited number of observers may be able to make oral int
 erventions during the session subject to time availability and technical l
 imitations. Interventions must be focused on the issue under discussion. I
 nputs on other issues will not be accommodated. Such interventions should
