The ICAE2025 – 17th International Conference on Applied Energy will be held from December 8 to 12, 2025, at the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand. Under the theme "Nurturing Sustainable Energy Innovations," ICAE2025 aims to provide a dynamic and interdisciplinary platform for addressing the grand challenges of sustainable energy transitions and carbon neutrality.
As the global community strives for a cleaner and more sustainable energy future, ICAE2025 brings together researchers, engineers, policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators from across the world to exchange cutting-edge research, practical solutions, and forward-thinking ideas. The conference fosters collaboration across disciplines and sectors, emphasizing the role of applied energy in driving transformative change.
The program will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, plenary sessions, panel discussions, thematic workshops, technical exhibitions, and oral/poster presentations. Participants will engage with a broad spectrum of topics ranging from renewable energy technologies, clean energy conversion, energy storage, hydrogen systems, and mitigation strategies to energy policy, economics, and sustainability.
ICAE2025 warmly welcomes submissions of original research, case studies, and innovative applications that align with our mission to accelerate the global transition to a sustainable energy future. All submitted papers will undergo rigorous peer review. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference and will be published in scopus-indexed Energy Proceedings. Selected contributions will be recommended for publication in leading journals, including Applied Energy, Advances in Applied Energy, Nexus, and Energy 360.
