The opening session will set an overall tone of the 9th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum and highlights the importance of forum theme "Resilience for all: catalyzing transformational adaptation". A keynote presentation will on transformation adaptation will set the stage of understanding of transformational adaptation within the adaptation continuum.
