High-level meeting to Commemorate the Thirtieth Anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women

Welcome to the registration for representatives from specially accredited organizations to the one-day high-level meeting of the General Assembly on the thirtieth anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women shall be held in New York on Monday, 22 September 2025, during the eightieth session of the General Assembly, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and consist of an opening segment, a plenary segment for general discussion and a closing segment. The modalities do not provide a speaking opportunity for civil society.
The theme of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly will be “Recommitting to, resourcing and accelerating the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action to achieve gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls” and that this meeting will highlight achievements, best practices, gaps and challenges.
As guided by resolution A/RES/79/288, other relevant non-governmental organizations, including civil society organizations, academic institutions, and the private sector, whose work is relevant to the High-Level Meeting, are invited to participate.

Each Organization will be able to register up to two representatives. If more than two are registered under one organization, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, with reference to the letter of representation provided by the Organization.

Participants must register individually via the relevant INDICO form. Bulk registrations are not permitted by the system.

Submitting a registration doesn't guarantee your in-person participation. You will receive an approval letter confirming your in-person participation if your registration is approved.
