UN/CEFACT Plenary

The UN Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) will be hosting its 32nd Plenary session on 2 November (pm) and 3 November (all day) 2026 in Salle IX at the Palais des Nations, back to back with the 45th UN/CEFACT Forum from 4 to 6 November 2026. 

The meeting is a regular annual session of the UN/CEFACT Plenary and will be held in-person only.

Interpretation into French and Russian will be available throughout the session, during the following hours:  

• 15h00-18h00 (Geneva time), on Monday 2 November; and
• 10h00-13h00 and 15h00-18h00 (Geneva time), Tuesday 3 November 2026. 

All meeting participants must register to the Plenary via Indico (even those holding a UNOG ground entry pass). 

Kindly note that the Plenary is a closed meeting. Participation is limited to delegates designated by their Head of Delegation or Permanent Mission in Geneva. Individual UN/CEFACT experts may participate only with the explicit approval of their Permanent Mission or Head of Delegation (HoD).
