The ETHOS Workshop is designed to enhance participants’ ability to provide effective operational support in complex field environments. It fosters strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration across mission components, in alignment with UN principles and operational realities.

Strengthen the capacity of senior personnel to manage and coordinate operational support in field missions.

Improve understanding of field support mechanisms, mandates, and organizational priorities.

Foster collaboration between support and substantive components (e.g., logistics, human resources, finance, security, and political affairs).

Senior UN field personnel in operational support functions (e.g., Directors and Chiefs of Mission Support, Chiefs of Service, Section Chiefs).
