Dear Users, with its update to v3.19.0, Indico.UN has introduced face picture quality verification in registration forms. This ensures uploaded images meet official guidelines, as recommended by the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS).
The Committee on NGOs will meet in Conference Room 1 on 19-23 May and 28-29 May 2025 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day during the session. Please be advised that an official pass is necessary to enter the United Nations premises. For security reasons, attending representatives are requested to bring valid photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, etc.) and a copy of the confirmation message, which they will receive from the NGO Branch once registered, in order to be issued a temporary grounds pass to United Nations premises.
Please note that the registration for your participation is mandatory and should be completed by Wednesday, 7 May 2025 at the latest. We are not able to accommodate late registrations due to the time needed for issuing the grounds passes prior to the session.
Within United Nations premises, all persons are required to comply with safety and security regulations, as well as the rules and procedures of the organization. Any act that disrupts the normal functioning of the organization’s programmatic activities, such as public displays of any form, including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, placards or other written or visual means, as well as vocal/audio sounds, gatherings, or demonstrations of any kind, including passive, is not allowed.
All individuals present on the United Nations premises are expected to fully cooperate with United Nations security officers at all times. Refusal to comply with applicable regulations may result in temporary detention or removal from or denial of access to the premises in accordance with Section 10 of the United Nations Headquarters Agreement and ST/AI/2019/5, entitled “Authority of United Nations Security Officers”.
