Welcome to the Registration for Representatives from Specially Accredited Organizations to the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4).  FFD4 provides a unique opportunity to reform financing at all levels, including to support reform of the international financial architecture and addressing financing challenges preventing the urgently needed investment push for the SDGs. FFD4 Conference will be held in FIBES Sevilla Exhibition and Conference Centre from 30 June to 3 July 2025.

The International Conferences on Financing for Development are the only space where leaders from all governments, along with international and regional organizations, financial and trade institutions, businesses, civil society and the UN System unite at the highest levels, fostering stronger international cooperation.  

FFD4 aspires to build a renewed global financing framework that will unlock greater volumes of capital at a lower cost. In Sevilla, and through a renewed global financing framework, leaders are taking action to deliver an SDG investment push and to reform the international financial architecture to enable the transformative change that the world urgently needs. This registration form is ONLY for representatives of organizations that have:

• received special accreditation by the United Nations General Assembly for the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development, or
• have been accredited to the previous international conferences on financing for development held in Monterrey, Doha, and Addis Ababa or to their follow-up processes:

Please Note:

1. ONLY organizations that fall within the above category will be able to use this form to register participants for the Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4)

2. Participants must register as individuals through this INDICO portal by using their login credentials that can be obtained by clicking on the button at the bottom of the landing page indicated by "Register now" Please find the user guide on creating an account here. 

3. Each Organization will be able to register up to ten (10) representatives. If more than ten are registered under one organization, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, with reference to the letter of representation provided by the Organization.
