This film tells the story of Afghanistan’s first all-girls robotics team. Directed by two-time Oscar-winner Bill Guttentag and produced by Laura Overdeck, the film follows young women of Afghanistan who defy societal restrictions to pursue STEM education, using innovation as a tool for empowerment and change. Their success earns global recognition but also puts them at risk, highlighting the ongoing struggle for women’s rights in Afghanistan.
