The 2025 Regional Partners Forum on Sustainable Urban Development (RPF) will be held from 25 to 27 August 2025 in-person in Bangkok and online on Microsoft Teams. The Forum will facilitate assessment of the region's progress on SDG localization and the implementation of the New Urban Agenda, and help establish priorities for the 9th Asia-Pacific Urban Forum (APUF-9).
The outcomes of the RPF will also contribute to broader discussions at the 13th Asia-Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD-13) to be held in February 2026, at which the region’s progress on SDG 11 will be reviewed and provide regional insights for the Secretary-General’s Third Quadrennial Report on the Implementation of the New Urban Agenda.
