** Please note that only NGOs with ECOSOC Status and Accredited NGOs to the Conference of State Parties (COSP) may register via indico for the 18th session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on Rights of Persons with Disabilities (COSP18).
** Please be advised it is the responsibility of your organization to approve your registration. Once registered, please reach out to your organization's conference focal point for approval.

Due to space constraints, the numbers of attendees to the COSP18 should be kept to a minimum and should not exceed 10 representatives per organization. Please note that the deadline to register is: 16 May 2025.
The COSP18 will be scheduled to take place at the United Nations Headquarters, New York, from 10 to 12 June 2025.
Theme and sub-themes of the Conference
Overarching theme: Enhancing public awareness of the rights and contributions of persons with disabilities for social development leading up to the World Social Summit.
Sub theme 1: Empowering persons with disabilities and enhancing social development policies through innovative financing.
Sub theme 2: Leaving no one behind: using AI as a tool for supporting inclusivity to strengthen the participation of persons with disabilities.
Sub theme 3: Recognising and addressing the rights of Indigenous persons with disabilities and their role in advancing disability inclusion.
