[UN Entities] Registration to the Second Part of the Fifth Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for Observers from UN System Entities

Representatives of Specialized Agencies (FAO, ICAO, IFAD, ILO, IMF, IMO, ITU, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNWTO, UPU, World Bank, WHO, WIPO and WMO) and related organizations (which include CTBTO Preparatory Commission, IAEA, ICC, IOM, OPCW and WTO), as well as from UN Secretariat, funds, programmes, regional commissions, Secretariat of the Multilateral Environmental Agreements administered by UNEP and other UN entities are requested to register through the online registration system INDICO to participate as Observers in the Second Part of the Fifth Session of the INC.

Each UN system entity will be able to register up to five (5) representatives through this portal to participate as Observers in the Second Part of the Fifth Session of the INC (INC-5.2). 

Each participant will be required to register individually, and an official email address should be used for registration.

The following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO registration form at the time of registration: 

1. Copy of the nomination letter in the organization’s letterhead, with the composition of the delegation to INC-5.2 containing the names and functional titles of their representatives. Organizations are requested to submit the letter in PDF format.

2. A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background).

3. The passport biographical page.
