Participation in the INC-5.2 will be open to the following accredited Intergovernmental Organizations:

Non-member States, entities and organizations having received a standing invitation to participate as observers in the sessions and the work of the General Assembly.

IGOs accredited to participate and/or have participated in the previous sessions of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA).

IGOs accredited to participate in the meetings of the governing bodies of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) and regional environment conventions administered by UNEP.
IGOs that fall within one of the categories listed above will be able to register up to five (5) representatives through the “Register here” button below to participate as Observers in the Second Part of the Fifth Session of the INC (INC-5.2).
Each participant will be required to register individually.
The following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO registration form at the time of registration:

Copy of the nomination letter in the organization’s letterhead, with the composition of the delegation to INC-5.2, containing the names and functional titles of their representatives. Organizations are requested to submit the letter in PDF format.

A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background.

The passport biographical page.
Please note that the review and verification process of the registrations for INC-5.2 is not automatic and may take up to a few days, which varies according to the volume of registrations received.
Deadline for registration to participate in the INC-5.2 is 6 June 2025, 23:59 East African Time.
There will be no on-site registration.
