- Each organization may request registration for up to FIVE representatives. Each nominated representative must submit their registration individually. If more than five representatives are registered under a single organization, the Secretariat will approve registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Submitting registration doesn't guarantee your in-person participation. If your registration is approved, you will receive an approval letter confirming your in-person participation.
