 rson Only)\nDate: 7-8 May 2025\n*A limited number of side events will be h
 elds on 6 May.\nBackground\n\nThe tenth annual Multi-Stakeholder Forum on 
 Science\, Technology and Innovation for the SDGs (STI Forum) will be held 
 from 7 - 8 May 2025. The theme for the STI Forum 2025 is: “Advancing sus
 tainable\, inclusive\, and evidence-based\, science and technology solutio
 ns and innovations for the 2030 Agenda and its SDGs for leaving no one beh
 ind”. \nEvery year\, the STI Forum brings together high-level policy mak
 ers and senior government officials with scientists\, engineers\, innovato
 rs\, entrepreneurs\, and representatives of organized science and technolo
 gy communities\, the UN system and international organizations. The Forum 
 is a venue for facilitating the establishment of networks\, knowledge shar
 ing and the development\, transfer\, and dissemination of relevant technol
 ogies for the SDGs.\nIn connection with the Forum\, side-events and parall
 el events will be organized on 6 May.\n Participation\n\n\nThe STI Forum 
 is open to all holders of a valid UN Grounds Pass (Blue Badge) for the UNH
 Q in New York or an Special Event Ticket (SET) issued for the Forum. \n\n
  \nPlease\, use this form to register for an Special Event Ticket (SET) t
 o attend the 10th STI Forum.\nPlease note\, if you have a valid UN Grounds
  Pass (blue badge) for the UNHQ\, New York\, including members of official
  government delegations\, UN Entities\, IGOs\, media\, affiliates\, retire
 es and civil society representatives\, you DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER to atte
 nd the Forum. \n\nRegistration deadline is 18 April 2025 (23:59 pm EDT).
  \n\n \nPlease Note \n\nEach organization will be allowed to request re
 gistration for up to 3 (three) representatives each. Each profile has to b
 e submitted individually.\nSubmitting registration doesn't guarantee your 
 in-person participation. If your registration is approved\, you will recei
 ve an approval letter confirming your in-person participation. \nRegistra
 tion requests will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis. Please\, a
 llow at least 5 working days for the review of registration requests.\nPar
 ticipants are responsible for all necessary arrangements related to their 
 in-person participation\, including travel\, visa and others\, as appropri
 ate. The Secretariat will not follow up on individual requests for visa le
 tters neither will liaise with the host country on visa issues.\nThe deadl
