The 11th Biennial Meeting of the Working Group on the Asian Highway will be convened in accordance with Article 7(2) of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the Asian Highway Network at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok on 4-5 June 2025.
At the meeting, the Working Group will consider the implementation of the Agreement and any amendments proposed by the parties. The Working Group will also consider policies and issues related to the operationalization of the Asian Highway Network and discuss leveraging the Network to support digitalization and decarbonization of the global and regional supply chains to support the overall objectives of the Regional Action Programme for Sustainable Transport Development in Asia and the Pacific (2022–2026).
The registration for in-person participants is open until 31 May 2025. All participants must present a credential/official nomination letter by the relevant authorities to participate in the eleventh meeting of the Working Group on the Asian Highway.
