DESCRIPTION:Under the joint leadership of the United Nations Environment P
 rogramme (UNEP) and the World Metrological Organization (WMO) \, the Consu
 ltative Workshop and Science Policy Dialogue on Solar Radiation Modificati
 on (SRM)\, will be held from Monday\, 19-20 May 2025 in a hybrid format\; 
 in-person at the World Meteorological Organization ( WMO) office in Geneva
 \, Switzerland and online. The aim is to foster a shared understanding of 
 the current status of SRM science and research. The two-day workshop suppo
 rted by the International Science Council (ISC) and World Climate Research
  Programme (WCRP) will include knowledge sharing sessions followed by a fa
 cilitated High-level Science-Policy Dialogue. The Workshop will bring toge
 ther key experts\, researchers and practitioners working on SRM as well as
  UNEP Member States and international coalitions and organizations.\n \n\
