The 2025 Regular Session of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations is scheduled for 20-24, 30-31 January, 3 and 11 February 2025 in New York.
The Committee on NGOs will meet in conference room 1 from 10 a.m. to 1p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day during the session. Please be advised that an official pass is necessary to enter the United Nations premises. For security reasons, attending representatives are requested to bring valid photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license, etc.) and a copy of the confirmation message, which they will receive from the NGO Branch once registered, in order to be issued a temporary grounds pass to enter the United Nations premises.
Please note that the registration for your participation is mandatory and should be completed by Friday, 10 January 2025 at the latest. We are not able to accommodate late registrations due to the time needed for issuing the grounds passes prior to the session.
