Description

The 26th Consultation Meeting of the Pacific Heads of Education Systems (PHES), co-hosted by the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia and UNESCO, will be held from February 11–13, 2025. This meeting will advance SDG4 by reviewing and strategizing across educational levels, from basic to higher education, including TVET and lifelong learning. Key objectives include enhancing coordination among education systems, fostering SIDS-SIDS and South-South collaboration, promoting professional development for Pacific education leaders, and aligning regional education standards with global sustainable development goals.
