Description

The annual observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd was proclaimed in 1992 by the United Nations General Assembly resolution 47/3. This year, the United National Office at Geneva (UNOG), in collaboration with les Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG), is organizing a panel discussion titled "Neurodiversity at work: sustainable employability and disability inclusion in the workplace". This event aims to improve understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace and promote inclusive practices that enhance sustainable employability for all.

Panel discussion with:

  • Dr. Markus Kosel, Responsable Unité de Psychiatrie du Développement Mental HUG
  • Danielle Pellaud, Occupational therapy Specialist
  • Colleagues from UNOG who will discuss their experiences as staff and managers living and working with neurodiversity
  • The panel will be moderated by Janet Kincaid, User Adoption & Training Officer, WHO
