DESCRIPTION:24th session of the Committee of Experts on Public Administrat
 ion (CEPA) \nVenue: United Nations Headquarters in New York \nDates: 7 to
  11 April 2025\nFormat: Regular in-person session\nAs approved by ECOSOC\,
  there are eight substantive issues on the agenda which can be found on th
 e dedicated CEPA 24th session website.\n\nOnline Registration\nThis Indic
 o registration portal is only valid for NGOs in consultative status with 
 ECOSOC\, major groups and other civil society organizations. \nDeadline t
 o register: 24 March 2025\nImportant: In order to register\, you will need
  to attach a letter signed by the Head of your organization authorizing yo

 ocal points\n\nPlease note that:\n\nDue to space constraints\, the number 
 of attendees to CEPA sessions is limited and should not exceed 5 represent
 atives per organization.\nThe United Nations does not charge fees for part
 icipation in meetings of the Committee of Experts on Public Administratio
 n. \nAll arrangements for travel\, visa and accommodation\, as well as re
 lated expenses\, including health insurance while in New York\, will be th
 e responsibility of the traveler. \nProceedings will be webcast live in 
 six official UN languages (Arabic\, Chinese\, English\, French\, Russian a
 nd Spanish).\nRepresentatives of UN Member States\, national or sub-natio
 nal governments\, UN Permanent Observers\, UN system organizations and sch

 rg.\n\nWritten inputs\nObservers are invited to submit written inputs in a
 dvance on the substantive issues to be considered by CEPA at the 24th sess
 ion via email to dpidg@un.org. Inputs may be published on CEPA website b
 efore the session.\n\nWritten inputs may not exceed 1\,500 words\nWritten 
 inputs must pertain to one of the items on the agenda of the 24th session 
 as approved by ECOSOC. The number and title of the agenda item in question
  must be indicated on the submission\nFurther details are available here.
 \n\n\nOral interventions\nA limited number of observers may be able to mak
 e oral interventions during the session subject to time availability and t
 echnical limitations. Interventions must be focused on the issue under dis
 cussion. Inputs on other issues will not be accommodated. Such interventio
