 rnational Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO)\, United Nations Educational\
 , Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and World Health Organizat
 ion (WHO) established FICSA as a federation and accepted its statutes.\nTo
 day\, FICSA has grown as a federation that represents more than 30 000 int
 ernational staff members and will convey its 78th Council in Paris to disc
 uss the future of the Federation and the representativity of International
