The Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization warmly welcomes you to the 34th ARCC meeting taking place in Dar es Salaam. The venue of the conference is Hyatt Regency Hotel, The Kilimanjaro.

PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA TO TANZANIA
Different countries are subject to different visa regulations, but an entry visa is required for all visitors. Kindly check the visa traveling guidelines before travelling (Downloads | Immigration Regulations - Services Guidelines - Tanzania Immigration Department).
1. Participants holding a UNLP will be granted a visa gratis upon arrival.
2. Citizens of EAC & SADC members do not require a visa to enter Tanzania.
3. Citizens of the USA & some European countries can obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport.
4. The fee for ordinary (single entry) visa application is $50 with other accompanying
documents as indicated in the visa guideline.
Please refer to the linked visa guidelines above for more information and reach out to the secretariat for clarification at afropep@who.int. A note verbal will be secured to support entry into Tanzania for participants who may need it.
ACCOMMODATION
Hyatt Regency is the selected hotel to accommodate all participants. The hotel is in the city center and rooms are bed and breakfast. 210 USD is the cost of accommodation per night.
TRANSPORT
Transport to and from the Julius Nyerere International Airport, Dar es Salaam will be arranged and paid for by WHO for all registered conference participants. Please look out for the signage with WHO once you exit the arrival terminal. Sharing of your itinerary will be done using this registration form
SECURITY PHASES AND ADVISORY
We encourage participants to verify any critical information with relevant authorities before their travel. This includes travel advice, visa requirements, health and safety, customs, and transportation. All participants are urged to comply with local security measures as appropriate. Conference badges will be provided to all participants and will be used to access the venue.
