GPC/AoR Annual Donor Meeting

The Global Protection Cluster (GPC) and its Areas of Responsibility (AoRs) are organising their Annual Donor Meeting on 01 October 2024 (15h00 – 16h30 CET). This Annual Donor Meeting will serve as a moment of critical reflection in understanding and addressing the priority gaps, trends and opportunities to strengthen the protection of communities impacted by crisis. The joint analysis shared by the GPC and its AoRs will reflect the up-to-date situation faced by our 32 Protection Cluster operations on the ground, with the aim to trigger joint reflection and action on how donors and protection actors, from local to global levels, can more effectively work together to meet the growing protection challenges communities face in light of the overlapping impact of conflict, crisis and displacement. The meeting will also highlight a number of examples of effective protection actions undertaken by partners in some of the most critical contexts.
