The Field Mission Crisis Management Leadership and Integration Course (FMCLIC) is a five day interactive, high-level thinking opportunity that challenges and enhances crisis leaders’ mindset and practical knowledge and experience in field mission pre-crisis prevention and preparation, crisis response and post-crisis resolution.
The course participants are selected from Chiefs of Staff, Deputy Chiefs of Staff, Chiefs/Deputies of Joint Operations Centers, Joint Mission Analysis Centers, Mission Planning Units, Best Practice Officers, Heads of Field Offices in peacekeeping missions. The course is also open to Directors/Chiefs of Mission Support and Deputies and Heads of Mission Support Centers and other members of a mission Crisis Management Team or Crisis Management Working Group.
