UN High-Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)

Pursuant to General Assembly resolutions A/RES/78/269 , the President of the General Assembly of the United Nations will convene a one-day high-level meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance on 26 September 2024. The overall theme of the high-level meeting will be “Investing in the present and securing our future together: accelerating multisectoral global, regional and national actions to address antimicrobial resistance”.
In order to participate in the High-Level Meeting, the individual representative from each specially accredited organization must register through this portal. Please check here to verify if your organization has received special accreditation to attend this event. ECOSOC-accredited organizations will not be processed here.
Please note:
*Each Organization will be able to register two representatives. If more than two representatives are registered under an organization, the Secretariat will approve registrations on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Participants must register individually via the relevant INDICO form. The system does not allow more than one registration under the same Indico account.
*Registration doesn't guarantee in-person participation. If your registration is approved, you will receive an approval letter confirming your in-person participation.
*Registration approval does not guarantee access to all segments of the High-level meeting. The approval may be limited to the plenary or/and multi-stakeholder panels.
*The deadline for registration is 11:59 PM EDT on 16 August 2024.
*Approved registrants will be notified of their ability to participate in a segment after 22 August 2023.
