We kindly inform that the registration process for the IGF 2024 meeting is closed. This measure is necessary to address potential logistical challenges and to ensure that IGF can adequately accommodate the number of registered attendees.
The 19th annual IGF meeting will be hosted in a hybrid format from 15 to 19 December in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All online and onsite participants must register through the UN Accreditation System. It is required to create an account at this UN Accreditation System beforehand (if not owning one yet) and register electronically prior to the event. Technical support is available in case of issues in this process.
After your registration is approved, your name and stakeholder affiliation appear on a public participants list once registration is confirmed if you give your consent. The IGF Secretariat, which does not publish email addresses or other personal details of participants, is not liable for misuse of participation records.*
Please make sure to have your valid photo-ID document issued by a UN member state when collecting your badge.
Press/Media: Please, clearly specify your represented Press/Media Organisation and be sure to accept the Press/Media Guidelines at your registration.

All participants are strongly advised to register online before coming to the IGF venue to collect the badge. Participants can collect their badges onsite at the designated IGF 2024 registration area at the Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, Al-Hada District, Abdullah bin Huzafah, Al-Sahmi Street (map location), during the below indicated hours:
- Wednesday 11 December: 10:00-17:00 hrs
- Thursday 12 December: 10:00-17:00 hrs
- Friday 13 December: 10:00-18:00 hrs
- Saturday 14 December: 08:30-19:00 hrs
- Sunday 15 December: 07:30-19:00 hrs
- Monday 16 December: 07:30-19:00 hrs
- Tuesday 17 December: 08:00-19:00 hrs

Shuttle Network
The Host Country will provide a regular shuttle service from the locations listed below to the IGF 2024 venue at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center (KAICC) in Riyadh:
