If lodging at the Ibis Hotel and you type in "Ibis Geneve Centre Nations" and then ‘Directions’ type in WHO Geneva as your destination, it will provide the bus times.
You can get a bus ticket at a bus stand for CHF2.00 (covers bus rides for 60mintes).
Note that you want to catch the bus number 8 from the hotel. The ‘Canonnière’ stop is in front of the Ibis hotel (1 minute walk) and the WHO stop is ‘OMS-BIT’.
