Objectives of the meeting:
This meeting provides the opportunity for the Phillips Academy students to discover WHO/WHE’s work during their week in Geneva visiting various globally oriented organizations. The objective is for them to understand pressing, transnational issues, deepen their understanding of complex systems (ecological, economic, political, and social). and the international stakeholders who have great roles in this global world. A great opportunity for talented students to deepen their knowledge, expand their network, and build their leadership skills in line with the Institute’s goal of developing the next generation of systems leaders. This rising group of future leaders will be meeting w/ senior and technical WHO officials from Emergencies Programme and Science Division that might help them to reflect on their own vocational pursuits.
