Step 1: Create an Indico.UN Account
Step 2: Register for the Meeting
- Ensure your Indico.UN account is created and activated (one-time setup).
- Visit the meeting registration page: https://indico.un.org/event/1011607/.
- Click “Register now.” If you’re not logged in, you’ll be redirected to the login page to enter your username (email) and password.
- Complete the registration form and click “Apply.”
- You will receive an email confirming your registration is pending approval.
- Once approved by the Secretariat, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital badge.

Digital badge activation:
For first-time entry, conference participants should use the Pregny Gate at Avenue de la Paix 14, available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. This initial entry requires the activation of your digital conference badge by the Pass & ID Unit.
After activation, participants can enter through either the Pregny Gate at Avenue de la Paix 14 or the Peace Gate at Place des Nations, depending on the type of digital conference badge they have.
Please ensure you carry a valid passport (for UN Member or Observer States) or a valid national ID card issued by a European Member State.
