DOS and EUMS will exchange respective operational support planning and coordination processes to see where both organizations intersect in different planning phases in shared operating theatres. It will provide an opportunity to identify and address structural challenges and find solutions to simplify procedures to optimize interoperability based on comparative advantage.
Key findings and recommendations from the workshop will also inform a) the scope and co-designing of an information exchange mechanism; and b) establish a shared knowledge repository.
