The intersessional panel discussion aims to provide a forum for constructive and inclusive dialogue with relevant stakeholders on human rights challenges in addressing and countering all aspects of the world drug problem, informed by the findings contained in the report (A/HRC/54/53) prepared by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
