Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press: print, photo, radio, television, film, news agencies, and online media who represent a bona fide media organization.
Member States may register media incl. journalists in the delegation, and official photo/video on-site at the venue by providing an official note issued by the Permanent Mission or the Embassy together with a copy of a valid passport.

The following documents must be uploaded to registration form at the time of registration:
- A passport-size colour photograph (with white, grey or neutral colour background) of the representative.
- A copy of the representative's passport bio page.
- A copy of the media pass.
