[UN Entities] Registration to the Fourth Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for Observers from UN System Entities

Representatives of Specialized Agencies (FAO, ICAO, IFAD, ILO, IMF, IMO, ITU, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNWTO, UPU, World Bank, WHO, WIPO and WMO) and related organizations (which include CTBTO Preparatory Commission, IAEA, ICC, IOM, OPCW and WTO), as well as from UN Secretariat, funds, programmes, regional commissions, Secretariat of the Multilateral Environmental Agreements administered by UNEP and other UN entities are required to register through the ‘Register here’ button below to participate as observers in the INC-4.

Each UN system entity will be able to register up to five (5) representatives through this portal to participate as observers. 

Each participant will be required to register individually, and an official email address should be used for registration.  

Please be reminded that as part of the registration process, the following documentation will need to be uploaded at the time of the registration:

1. Copy of the nomination letter in the organization’s letterhead, with the composition of the delegation to INC-4 containing the names and functional titles of the delegation.
2. A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background).
3. The passport biographical page.

Please note that the review and verification process of online registrations is not automatic and may take up to a few days, which may vary according to the volume of registration received.

Registration through this portal is also required for all UN staff members who have been designated to support the INC-4 onsite. In this case, a copy of the official delegation list submitted by their offices must be uploaded.

The deadline for registration to participate in the INC-4 is 26 February 2024.

There will be no on-site registration.
