The 18th annual IGF meeting will be hosted in a hybrid format from 8 to 12 October in Kyoto, Japan.
Staff must register through the UN Accreditation System. It is required to create an account at this UN Accreditation System beforehand (if not owning one yet) and register electronically prior to the event. Technical support is available in case of issues in this process.
Please make sure to have your valid photo-ID document issued by a UN member state when collecting your badge. The registration and collection of badges can be done at the registration area of the IGF 2023 venue during the following times:
- Wed 4 Oct: 14:00-17:00 hrs
- Thu 5 Oct: 10:00-17:00 hrs
- Fri 6 Oct: 10:00-17:00 hrs
- Sat 7 Oct: 10:00-17:00 hrs
- Sun 8 Oct: 07:30-18:00 hrs
- Mon 9 Oct: 07:30-18:00 hrs
- Tue 10 Oct: 07:30-18:00 hrs
- Wed 11 Oct: 08:00-18:00 hrs
- Thu 12 Oct: 08:00-18:00 hrs
