WHO has developed a draft prioritized list of MNH commodities, using a consultative expert process, including an online survey. The purpose of this convening is to build consensus on the finalized list of prioritized commodities, as well as discuss the outline/chapters for the implementation guidance building on learning from the UN Commodities Commission. Stakeholders will include UN agencies, World Bank/GFF, development partners, donors, civil society from country, regional and global levels.
Following this convening, WHO MCA will develop implementation guidance for scaling up the prioritized commodities as part of ongoing efforts to accelerate progress for achieving global maternal and newborn targets.
