WHO collaborates with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) to organize this workshop. By integrating the expertise and knowledge of the Epiverse-TRACE team at LSHTM, this workshop will accelerate the development of reusable analytical pipelines in R, specifically designed for predictable tasks and data structures involved in responding to infectious disease outbreaks.
