The XXIII Meeting of the Forum of Ministers of Environment of Latin America and the Caribbean will be held in Panama City, Panama, on 24 - 26 October 2023.
The High-Level Officers segment will be held on 24 and 25 October, followed by the Ministerial segment on 26 October.
The XXIII Meeting of the Forum will be organized in parallel with the Latin America and Caribbean Climate Week (LACCW), led by the UNFCCC secretariat, with the participation of Mr. Simon Stiell, UNFCCC Executive Secretary, as well as representatives from the Egyptian Presidency of COP 27, the Presidency of COP 28 of the United Arab Emirates, and the High-Level Climate Action Champions. Ministers are invited to join the High-Level Segment of LACCW on 25 October.
