The 13th Forum will focus on the social impact of climate change and the need to achieve an equitable climate transition, especially for youth. A transversal approach will be adopted to cover all aspects that fall within UNESCO's mandate. Policy recommendations and proposals for youth-led solutions aimed at addressing the challenges identified are expected to be among the Forum Conclusions. With the support of Member States, and for the first time, through the UNESCO Global Youth Grant Scheme and associated new Multi-Donor Special Account, UNESCO will be better placed to ensure a proper follow-up of the Forum conclusions supporting the most impactful solutions proposed by the participants and accompanying them through their implementation, also including through strengthening capacities.

Le 13e forum se concentrera sur l'impact social du changement climatique et sur la nécessité de parvenir à une transition climatique équitable, en particulier pour les jeunes. Une approche transversale sera adoptée pour couvrir tous les aspects qui relèvent du mandat de l'UNESCO. Des recommandations politiques et des propositions de solutions pour les jeunes visant à relever les défis identifiés devraient figurer parmi les conclusions du Forum. Avec le soutien des États membres et, pour la première fois, grâce au programme mondial de subventions pour la jeunesse de l'UNESCO et au nouveau compte spécial multidonateurs qui y est associé, l'UNESCO sera mieux placée pour assurer un suivi adéquat des conclusions du Forum, en soutenant les solutions les plus efficaces proposées par les participants et en les accompagnant dans leur mise en œuvre, y compris par le biais du renforcement des capacités.
