A clickable multi-factor authentication link, valid for 20 minutes, is sent to users via email to verify identify upon log in.

A secondary badge will give access to Room XX.
Participants without a secondary badge will be directed to Room XIX.
On the 11 December, participants may follow discussions in Room XIX (overflow room).
On the 12 December, the overflow room will be the Room XXIII.
Once accreditation has been granted, a digital badge similar to a mobile boarding pass for a plane or a train is emailed to participants. The digital badge consists of a QR code and the photo uploaded on this INDICO platform, as well as information related to the conference, meeting or event. Those who do not have a phone can simply print their badge and bring it to access the Palais des Nations.
Conference/meeting participants, should enter the Palais des Nations through the Peace Gate Bis. In case of assistance, e.g. activation or printing of badges, participants can go to the Peace Gate :
