In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.

Getting started with INDICO Online Registration in 2 steps:
1. Creation of an INDICO account (as first user)

IMPORTANT: INDICO photo standards You need to upload one (1) photo for the badge request. Your photos must be: Taken against a plain background (White, Grey or neutral colour) Clear and in focus. Be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders Contain no other objects or people Be in clear contrast to the background.

Once logged in with your credentials, a link will appear to the registration form of the session or pre sessional working group you wish to attend. • Click on “Register to this Conference” and fill out the form. Upload a recent photograph or by using the camera icon above. • Click on Register You will be notified by email once the Secretariat has approved your request for accreditation.
How to get your badge: In order to get your badge, please bring the confirmation of registration which includes the QR code, with a valid ID bearing a photograph, and appear in person at United Nations Office, Villa les Feuillantines, Avenue de la Paix 13, Geneva, Switzerland.
The office hours are 8:00 to 16:45, Monday through Friday.

All public meetings of the Committee will be available through webcast live on the website: https://webtv.un.org/meetings-events. Please note that the Conference Rooms at Palais Wilson, Ground Floor and First Floor, are open to the public, during the session.
Masks will remain required only in conference rooms (both by delegates and the staff servicing the meetings). You may nonetheless continue to wear a mask anywhere on the premises if you prefer to do so. All staff and delegates are encouraged to apply other protective hygiene measures as much as possible, e.g. frequent washing of hands and keeping physical distances.
Isolation and quarantine requirements Only individuals who themselves test positive for COVID-19 will be required to stay away from OHCHR premises.
