The 36th session of the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families will take place from Monday 27 March to Thursday 6 April 2023 at Palais Wilson, in the Ground floor conference room.
During the first week of the session, the CMW Committee will consider:

The second periodic report of Morocco (on Tuesday, 28 March from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15.00 to 18.00)

The combined initial and second periodic reports of Nigeria (on Wednesday, 29 March from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15.00 to 18.00)

The third periodic report of the Philippines (on Thursday, 30 March from 10:00 to 13:00 and on Friday, 31 March from 10:00 to 13:00)

The third periodic report of El Salvador (remotely, on Thursday, 30 March from 15:00 to 17:00; on Friday, 31 March from 15:00 to 17:00 and on Monday, 3 April from 15:00 to 17:00)

- On Tuesday 4 April, from 13:30 to 14:45, the CMW Committee and the OHCHR Migration Unit will hold an informal meeting for the launch the new OHCHR publication 'Towards a human rights-based approach to migration: Training Guide'.

Upon arrival in Geneva, all properly registered applicants should collect their ground pass at Villa Les Feuillantines (Avenue de la Paix 13, 1211 Geneva 10, Switzerland). Hours of operation are from 8am to 4:45pm. They are required to bring the confirmation of registration (which will be sent by email upon successful registration online) and present their valid passport or government issued ID (with photo).
