Welcome to the registration for UN servicing staff and other participating UN Secretariat, entities, regional commissions, funds and programmes to the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3). The conference will take place from 5 to 8 August 2025 in Awaza, Turkmenistan, under the theme "Driving Progress Through Partnerships", with pre-conference events on 4 August 2025.

With no direct territorial access to the sea, Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) face unique and significant challenges in achieving the sustainable development goals. Cut off from the global marketplace and without the means to develop adequate transport and logistics infrastructure, LLDCs struggle with international trade, connectivity, and economic development.

The Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries is an opportunity to explore innovative solutions, meaningful partnerships, and increased investment that can help address these challenges and unlock the potential of landlocked developing countries. By supporting these countries, we can help to build a more equitable and prosperous future for all.

Staff members may participate in the conference by clicking on the REGISTRATION link at the bottom of this page. The registration deadline is 21 July 2025
